Commercial Collection Services

    The collection division of NACM MidAmerica provides professional debt collection aimed at accounts unable or unwilling to meet their obligations. NACM MidAmerica also offers legal referral, immediate action services 10-day free demand and CURE ™. in addition, we take advantage of all legal aspects in the collection of NSF checks. NACM MidAmerica's technology and the NACM network assists in the handling of accounts out of state as well as all over the world.

NACM MidAmerica's Collection Division has a definite advantage over other agencies operating today because:

  • NACM Is bonded
  • NACM Uses bonded collection attorneys
  • NACM Holds recoveries in trust accounts
  • Delinquent accounts are included on NACM reports and reports to other credit reporting agencies
  • Experienced collection professionals exert aggressive pressure to effect collection within legal and ethical guidelines. All activities are tailored to your requirements. You can request to maintain your customer relationship, have us proceed with forceful collection, or anything in between. The collection division maintains an aggressive collection effort, which results in high recovery rate.
  • NACM MidAmerica collectors may negotiate a settlement on the client's behalf (with authorization), provide field service by actually knocking on the debtor's door, access the nationwide affiliated association network or a well-developed national and international network of experienced attorneys. Collectors are accessible and provide detailed reports on a month-end summary. Contact is made promptly if immediate action is required.

NACM'S Collection Services can be accessed by:

  • Mailing or faxing a placement form
  • Calling in a placement (must be followed by proper paperwork)
  • Directly placing an account from your computer into NACM MidAmerica's system

Remember, you should place an account for collection if your customer is no longer communicating, is no longer buying from you, is breaking promises, or all of the above.
