Reta C. Penington, Vice President, International Manager

     Reta started her international career in 1980, working for one of the largest exporters of manufacturing equipment in Oklahoma. In 1990, she moved to the banking side, and has been involved in international banking ever since. In 2001 Reta was the first banker in Oklahoma to obtain the CDCS Certification (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist). Not only does she work with the Trade Finance side of international, but also has an in depth knowledge of Foreign Exchange and Collections. Reta regularly gives presentations for the Oklahoma and U.S. Department of Commerce and is currently the Treasurer of this organization.
