Lloyd "Riff" Riffer

     Lloyd or Riff as many of you know him, served in the US Army from 1958 until 1960. After that he attended Emporia State University and graduated in 1964 with a degree in Business Management. His first employer was Phillips Petroleum Co in Kansas City, Mo. In 1965 he moved to Oklahoma City and went to work for the Credit Bureau of Oklahoma City as Operations Manager. An opportunity developed in June 1969 with Dolese Bros. Co.. He accepted the position of Assistant Credit Manager and was promoted to Credit Manager in 1970.

     He began his association with NACM Mid America about the same time. Over the years he chaired numerous committees and served two terms as Chairman. In 1989 he was elected to serve on the National NACM Board of Directors and in 1999 was elected to the office of National Chairman of the Board. Dolese Bros. Co. gave him their total support, which allowed him to achieve this great honor. Riff retired from Dolese Bros. Co. in June of 2004 after 35 years of service.
