Greg Powelson Director of NACM's MLBS

     Greg Powelson is Director of NACM's MLBS, head quartered in Columbia, MD. Greg recently came to NACM in 2007 after 18 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for NCS of Cleveland Ohio to found NACM's Mechanic Lien & Bond Services. Greg wrote and continues to update the MLBS Lien Navigator, the credit professional's guide to lien and bond requirements for all 50 states and Canada. An attendee at Greg's Lien Seminar is presented with the most current information in order to design, plan, and enhance the usage of Mechanic's Liens and Bond Claims. He teaches strategies that will guard against the construction debtor's number one objection to payment: "I CAN'T PAY YOU UNTIL I GET PAID."
