Bill Schlittler, CFO of Dolese Bros. Co.

     Bill Schlittler, Chief Financial Officer of Dolese Bros. Co., is a Certified Public Accountant for 22 years. As a former partner with Cole & Reed, Bill advised Dolese on financial and tax matters for several years before joining Dolese as Assistant Chief Financial Officer on Jan. 16, 2006. Bill was raised in Duncan, Oklahoma. He attended Texas A&M, where he was a member of the wrestling team. After his freshman year, Bill transferred to Oklahoma State University where he graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In 1983 he received his Master of Accounting degree from OSU. Bill was promoted to Chief Financial Officer on February 1, 2007. In addition, Bill serves on the Board of Directors for Dolese.

Stacey R. Overton - CFO of BMI + ImageNet, Oklahoma City OK

     Stacey is the Chief Financial Officer of the BMI + ImageNet Group of Companies. In his capacity as CFO, he oversees the controller, treasury, tax, internal audit, human resources, and risk management areas. Stacey started his career with BMI + ImageNet in April 2006. Prior to joining BMI + ImageNet, Stacey was the CFO with Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Stores based out of Oklahoma City. Stacey spent 17 years with Braum's. Prior to joining Braum's, Stacey spent 5 years in public accounting working for Ernst & Young as a Tax Manager. Stacey is a certified public accountant and received his bachelor's degree from the University or Northern Iowa, Ceader Falls, Iowa.

Celine Ferguson - Coppermark Bank

     Celine Ferguson has been with Coppermark Bank for 31 years. As Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Cashier she oversees the Controller Department as well as the bank's Profitability Measurement & Asset Liability Management functions. She serves on numerous committees in the bank including the Executive Management Committee for Information Technology and the Financial Management Committee. She is also an officer of Coppermark Bank's holding company, Coppermark Bancshares, Inc.

     She is a member of the Financial Managers Society, Financial Women International, and serves as the President of the Jack Henry SilverLake National Users Group. Celine is a past board member of Suited for Success and the Putnam City Public Schools Foundation. She is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University.
